Who We Are
Hahn’s Premium Constructions is led by Hahn Gunthorpe, a licensed builder with extensive experience delivering complex builds, renovations and architectural projects. Drawing on more than 15 years in the industry, Hahn and his team oversee every stage of construction—from design and council approvals through to final handover.
We understand that building or renovating is one of the biggest investments you’ll make. Our role is to make the process as seamless as possible, keeping you informed at each step while ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.

Our Building Process
Approach
Contact Montague Glass House and Hahn's Premium Constructions, and we will take the time to understand your vision—no matter how big or small, or how simple or complex.
Research
Hahn and/or Tim will meet with you on-site to assess the scope of work, take photos, and consult with trusted trades and suppliers. Factors like environment, budget, and timeframes will guide the next steps.
Acceptance
Within 14 days, Hahn and the team will provide a detailed, obligation free quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days and usually cover all costs, including materials, labour and GST.
Commencement
After acceptance, we will set a formal start date, ensuring it aligns with the expectations discussed in the initial stages.
Collaboration
We keep communication open throughout the project, providing weekly updates for larger jobs and regular check-ins for smaller projects.
Completion
Upon completion, Montague Glass House and Hahn's premium Constructions will conduct a formal handover. Any defects will be addressed and resolved during the handover process.
